Can I be arrested or ticketed for smoking marijuana in a legal marijuana state when I cross over to the bar on the illegal side of the state border?
I was smoking in Michigan where it's legal as far as I know. The cop in WI says he's "likely" gonna be sending a ticket. He said he smelled it on my clothes and me.
