Please send us a copy of this alleged “arbitration clause that names the AAA.”
Since Bellco has no contract with this consumer that would allow for arbitration with the AAA, Bellco has no intention of paying the administrative fee or any filings fees. Bellco takes arbitration seriously and would not arbitrarily arbitrate a case.
