Hi. I was in a car accident with no injuries. The insurance company Allstate is putting after market parts on the car. This lowers the value of the car and the not fixing all the damages. When calling them I get no answer. It happened on 11/18/22. I got 4 estimates and they don't want to see none of them. There is nothing to cover the back panel or the bumper. Their estimate is 3,100 dollars and the lowest estimate I got from shop or 5,500 to 7,000. I don't know what to do. And my car will no longer appreciate at the same value.
