My basic situation is that my car was stolen in 2022. I reported it stolen. I have given Geico, my auto insurance agency, all of the information that they have requested. The police report is filed. The police have confirmed that my car was stolen. Geico refuses to settle the case. And now, three months later, I received a letter from them today stating that they need up to another 30 days to continue their investigation. I have $500 payments on a car that a criminal is driving that I have to make to the bank on this car and I have Geico full coverage that I have to continue paying.
