Client called because she recently moved to California and her belongings were stolen by the movers. She explained that there is a dispatcher company and a moving company. The dispatcher company is United Best and the moving company is Ontime Moving Express. She mentioned that on May 15, 2022, she hired them to move her stuff from her old house to her new house in California but they haven't brought anything at all. She said she signed a contract in which she paid $1000 at that same time. They haven't brought her anything except for the breathing machine that she has to use. She mentioned that their contract said it can take up to 21 days to do the delivery but it has been over 90 days and nothing has been delivered. She said she had to throw a tantrum for them to send it to her they sent it in a box and it was broken too. She explained that now they want her to pay $5000 for them to bring her the boxes they have but not her bed, antique dresser, and her antique rocking chair. She mentioned that she had 3 beds which she thinks her realtor took one of them and her realtor also has her antique dresser which the movers were supposed to pick up. She said they haven't brought the bed or anything to her so she had to be sleeping on the ground she went and got some furniture which cost her up to $30,000. She mentioned that they keep blocking her and the last time they called was 2 weeks ago when they called asking for money to bring the boxes to her.
