In March I went into a Cricket Wireless store and bought a phone with a plan of service. After I made my purchase, mins after I left the store the Cricket employee added 3 extra accounts to my account obviously without my authorization. I had a contract with my monthly bill at $25 a mth. I went to pay my bill the following mth and my bill was $85. So I called CS and they told me I had 4 lines total. They traced it back to when the lines were added and it was literally mins after I left the store. I filed a claim with Fairshake Cricket offered me $400 I declined then they offered me $800 I declined so Fairshake canceled my claim. They broke security and privacy terms. The last time I talked to cricket Customer service they said they were passing my complaint on to their higher-ups. That was about 5 days ago. What should I do? I guess it's more of a question of what can I do to sue them? Thank you so much. This is a very frustrating situation. I have Acute pancreatitis and stress triggers attacks that are excruciating, to say the least. I had an attack a few days after I was made aware of this. I mean now I have to worry about who else has my info and what they could at anytime do with it. I have all the info you need. Exact times and dates of what happened per Cricket Wireless Customer Service. I'm extremely grateful for your team's help with this. It is so much to take in. My knowledge in this area isn't what it needs to be to go at this alone.
