أتساءل هل يجوز للمحامي أن يطلب المال قبل إجراء التحويل ، ليقوم بإجراءات تحويل الأموال. يطلب مني المحامي أن أدفع له المال حتى يتمكن من تحويل الأموال التي وافق عليها البنك ، لكنني أخشى أن أكون ضحية إحالة. طلبت منه أن يأخذ نسبة من المال في حالة نجاح التحويل ، لكنه رفض وأصر على دفع رسوم الاستشارات الآن ، وهناك سؤال يقلقني: هل يمكن لبنك أجنبي أن يحول لي رصيدًا كبيرًا جدًا. الى تونس مع العلم ان القانون التونسي صعب جدا في هذه القضايا المالية؟
I wonder if it is permissible for a lawyer to ask for money before making the transfer, to carry out the money transfer procedures. The lawyer asked me to pay him money so that he can transfer the funds approved by the bank, but I am afraid to be a victim of referral.
