What do I do if my phone is through the internet being stalked? My phone's being rerouted, my phone is being rewritten, it sounds like you can when I call the bank I can hear children laughing. I'm losing money, it just won't stop, who do I go to? I've already bought a new phone had new account new passwords so many times. Can't even reach court documents.
